Expresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Vodka
- 30 ml Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
- 30 ml Andes Reserve Cold Brew Concentrate
- 10 ml simple syrup (optional, to taste)
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake hard for 10–12 seconds to build crema.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
Cold Negroni
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- 30 ml Campari
- 20 ml Andes Reserve Cold Brew Concentrate
- Orange peel
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 15–20 seconds.
- Pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Express orange peel over the top and drop it in.
Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Bourbon or Rye
- 15 ml Andes Reserve Cold Brew Concentrate
- 5 ml simple syrup OR 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Method:
- Add bourbon, cold brew, syrup, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled and slightly diluted.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a single ice block.
- Express orange peel over the glass and garnish.
