Expresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Vodka
  • 30 ml Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
  • 30 ml Andes Reserve Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 10 ml simple syrup (optional, to taste)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds to build crema.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Cold Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 30 ml Campari
  • 20 ml Andes Reserve Cold Brew Concentrate
  • Orange peel

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for 15–20 seconds.
  3. Pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  4. Express orange peel over the top and drop it in.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Bourbon or Rye
  • 15 ml Andes Reserve Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 5 ml simple syrup OR 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel

Method:

  1. Add bourbon, cold brew, syrup, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until chilled and slightly diluted.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a single ice block.
  4. Express orange peel over the glass and garnish.
